Personal data provided in the registration form are stored for the duration of the contract for the provision of electronic services, and after its completion for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that may arise from the contract. After this period, the data may be processed for a period corresponding to the limitation period for possible public law claims. Personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders is stored for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims arising from the sales contract.

If you use the "Remember me" option, your data will be stored in cookies for a period of 30 days from your last login and will then be deleted.

17.4. in order to possibly determine and pursue claims or defend against them - the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

DIRECT MARKETING

18. Your personal data may also be used by us so that we can send marketing content to you through various channels, i.e. via e-mail, MMS/SMS or by phone. We only take such actions if you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
